Wayne Dennis

Biography

Wayne Dennis builds infrastructure-scale security organizations from nothing. He leads where security, infrastructure, and AI are the same problem. As CISO for Global OT Security at Solventum, he built the program from a blank page — securing the factories, labs, and connected devices behind patient care, where a breach is a safety event, not a data event. At Meta's Reality Labs, he led product privacy and security across hardware, AI, and platform teams. Earlier, he founded Accenture's global Google Cloud Security practice and served as a Senior Fellow on security and AI at the Bipartisan Policy Center.
