Out of Office (OOO) was born between hallway convos and group chats — created to build what didn't exist: real community, real access, no gatekeeping. What started as an event series has grown into a full-service, culture-first agency bridging the gap between culture and corporations.

Founded by Ryan Wilson and TK Petersen, The Gathering Spot is a private-membership club redefining the modern social experience for professionals, creatives, and changemakers. With locations in Atlanta, Washington D.C., and Los Angeles, plus online communities in cities like New York and Chicago, it has grown into the largest Black-owned membership community in the U.S.

The Smart Cities Alliance is a partnership between SynergyGrid, GreenPower Ventures, and Dream.Org, working alongside AfroTech. The Alliance is dedicated to supporting the leaders and organizations shaping smart cities, clean energy, mobility, and civic tech.
The African American Mayors Association (AAMA) is the only organization exclusively representing African-American mayors in the United States. AAMA exists to empower local leaders for the benefit of their citizens. The role of the African American Mayors Association includes taking positions on public policies that impact the vitality and sustainability of cities; providing mayors with leadership and management tools; and creating a forum for member mayors to share best practices related to municipal management.

BLD PWR (Build Power) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization co-founded by actor and activist Kendrick Sampson. The organization focuses on engaging pop culture, education, and activism to build a community of storytellers and activists committed to advancing radical social change. BLD PWR partners with grassroots organizations and works across various social justice movements, including gender, racial, immigration, economic, and environmental justice.
