Biography

Tiffany Bentham is a Franchise Candidate Manager with McDonald’s U.S. Franchising, focused on identifying and evaluating future owner/operators. With a background in financial analysis and franchisee health, Tiffany brings a unique blend of data-driven decision-making and people-focused leadership to building strong, diverse candidate pipelines. She is particularly passionate about creating a more transparent and equitable path to ownership. Outside of work, Tiffany lives in Buffalo, NY with her husband, and their two young children, who keep life full, fast-paced, and incredibly rewarding.
