Takiesha Waites-Thierry serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Planning, Controls & Governance Executive for Bank of America’s Global Information Security (GIS) organization. In this role, she leads the bank’s cybersecurity strategy, financial and workforce planning, sector partnerships, cyber risk governance, and operational execution—ensuring resilience across one of the world’s most critical financial infrastructures.
