Shaïna Silva is an award-winning entrepreneur, ecosystem architect, and digital transformation strategist focused on advancing growth across emerging markets. As CEO of World Connected Platforms, a venture-building studio developing technology platforms and initiatives that support innovation and the creative economy across Africa, Latin America & the Caribbean. Shaïna also founded #SHE_BUILDS, a global initiative connecting women entrepreneurs, executives, investors, creators to mentorship, and capital. Previously, she held roles at Meta and RocketSpace and was recognized among the 100 Most Influential People of African Descent Under 40.
