Josh Rodgers is the Founder and Principal Consultant of The Culture Liberation Lab, where he helps organizations build stronger cultures through community engagement, leadership development, and storytelling. A speaker, writer, and strategist originally from Memphis, Tennessee, Joshua's work has appeared in AFROTECH, Blavity News, EBONY, and BuzzFeed, exploring themes of business, sports, entertainment, culture, and justice.
