Biography

Folakemi is a first‑generation Nigerian-American and a Strategy & Ops leader at Lime, where she oversees global city compliance across more than 260 markets. She entered tech through an unconventional path, transitioning from international affairs and consulting and charting her own route into leadership without a traditional playbook. Over the past five years at Lime, she has advanced from Regional PM to Associate Director, known for her operational rigor, relationship-building, and ability to take on high‑impact work.
