Biography

Tamiko Foster, MD, MPH, is a physician executive, National Medical Director, and CEO & Founder of 2 E.D.I.F.Y., LLC, a lifestyle medicine and wellness company. A former Chief Medical Officer and Health Policy Fellow, she works at the intersection of population health, health policy, and lifestyle medicine, applying community‑centered innovation in service of people. Her work advances whole‑person care models that advance health equity, optimize utilization, and improve outcomes at scale.
