Biography

Chemen M. Neal, MD, CPCC is a physician–executive, educator, and leader in organizational culture, academic medicine, and strategic integration across complex health systems. She serves as Vice President of Academic Medicine and Strategic Integration for IU Health Medical Group, Indiana’s largest multi-specialty medical group. In this role, she advances physician pipeline and workforce efforts, strengthens alignment across 16 hospitals and 300 clinical sites, and leads enterprise initiatives that support the evolving needs of Indiana’s largest healthcare system.
