Biography

Alex Allen, Global Head of Inclusion and Engagement at Cisco, is a seasoned human capital strategist. He drives business transformation by designing initiatives that foster inclusive cultures and build trusting organizations. An award-winning leader, Alex has earned three North American Employee Engagement Awards, a Bronze Stevie, and recognition as a top 101 influencer by Inspiring Workplaces. Previously, he held HR leadership roles at companies including Under Armour, Nestlé, and GE. Alex holds MS and BS degrees in Human Resource Management from Wilmington University and completed the CHRO program at the Wharton School.
